Award will be made to Active Decisions Support, Inc, 308 Foam St. STE 210, Monterey, CA 93940-1452, CAGE: 53SZ1, under the authority of 10 U.S. C. 2304(g) as implemented by FAR 13.500(a). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
