Army Contracting Command - Warren intends to solicit, on a full and open
Competitive basis the overhaul of approximately 360 Each M915, M916 and M917
Cabs provided by Red River Army Depot (RRAD). This contract will augment RRAD
maintenance capabilities. The contractor will be responsible for the complete
refurbishment of the M915A3, M917A1, and M917A2 cabs in accordance with a Scope
Of Work (SOW), Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR), Technical Manuals
(TM) and Technical Bulletins (TB). The contractor shall overhaul the cabs in the M915,
M916 and M917 listed in the acquisition strategy. The Contractor shall return all assets
worked under the acquisition strategy to Condition Code "A", zero hours/zero miles
standards and all TMs and TBs. All work, to include any subcontracted, shall be
performed within the 250 mile straight-line distance from the depot to allow for in
process review and final acceptance by Depot inspectors. A Firm Fixed Price contract is
anticipated. A date for inspection of the vehicles at RRAD will be made available after
the solicitation is posted.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to identify potential sources both within
250 straight line miles of Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX and to
determine if there are any interested Sources outside of this distance. In your
response to this notice provide:
--The Name of Your Company
--The Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code for your company
--Experience with the overhaul for the M915, M916 and M917 Cab rebuild for use at Red River Army Depot (RRAD).
