This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source and is not a request for competitive proposals. The authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).  

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to  issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Wide Open West (WOW), 3714 Wheeler Rd., Augusta, GA 30909 for cable and internet services for CCOE. IAW    FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source WOW is the only approved provider for the Fort Gordon Installation.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 14 May at 4:00pm Est. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC - Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
