This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. Reference Number HSFLAR-14-Q-00075 issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 515210. The size standard is $38.5 million average annual receipts.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking cable television services and internet services as follows:

0001: Cable television services for 1,162 rooms (1,121 dormitory rooms and 41 offices/common areas). Monthly recurring charges to include one TV Connector plus 1,162 rooms with 67 channels and local programming. Pricing to include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties - 12 Months

0002: Cable television and Internet service for one room. This service is to include Digital Family Pack, Digital Gateway Dual DVR with package, High Speed Internet 3Mg X 1.5Mg. Pricing to include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties - 12 Months

0003: Cable Television Service, for one additional room. Monthly recurring charge to include 67 channels and local programming. Pricing to include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties - 12 Months

Note Regarding Repair/Service Calls: Repair/service calls between the hours of 0700 through 1600, except weekends, are to be back in operation within four (4) hours after being reported; all other onsite repair/service calls are to be back in operation within twenty-four (24) hours after being reported.

The period of performance will be October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order.
