This Special Notice is to publish the Governments inteint to award a Sole Source Contract for purchase of 24-Month Extended Warranties for the following 3 DART-20 SystemWare systems from CACI SystemWare, Inc.:

1) Serial No.: D20-0810088
2) Serial No.: D20-0710077
3) Serial No.: D20-0810086

CACI-SystemWare has developed upgraded systems hardware and software modules available only to the US Government, to meet increasing performance standards set by the military services and the Department of Defense. CACI-SystemWare is the sole manufacturer/provider of CACI-SystemWare systems and is the only organization authorized to provide upgrades, maintenance and repair for these systems without violation of warranty, equipment damage, or performance degradation from unauthorized components and software.

Any other Vendor capable of providing warranty service for the DART-20 SystemWare identified above, without violating CACI SystemWare, Inc.'s proprietary data rights, must submit response, with statement of capability, to be received by the Points of Contact stated above, via E-mail, NOT LATER THAN the Response Date and Time stated above in this Special Notice. Telephone and Fax responses will not be accepted.
