The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires co-sponsorship for Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America's (CADCA) National Leadership Forum to be held February 3-6, 2020. The CADCA Forum is the premier substance abuse prevention training and networking event in the country and will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. The government intends to issue a Fixed Price Purchase Order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to CADCA as it supports approximately 5,000 community anti-drug coalitions nationally, and has been sponsoring the Forum for over 25 years to provide technical assistance and support to their members. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. The Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
