PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed Bids for Camp Minden Road Repair, Minden, Louisiana 71055 will be received by the Louisiana Military Department, Building A-100, Rm 113, 100 Louisiana Blvd, Camp Minden, Minden, Louisiana 71055, Attention David Tolbert, until 10:00 a.m. CT on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, and immediately opened thereafter. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY DAVID TOLBERT OR ALAN REISDORPH OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING. Attendance at this conference is mandatory. Prospective bidders must attend the entire Pre-Bid conference in order to submit a bid. BIDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM CONTRACTORS THAT ATTEND THE ENTIRE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY DAVID TOLBERT OR ALAN REISDORPH OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS BEFORE THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
