OREGON MILITARY DEPARTMENT CAMP RILEA SOUTH BOUNDARY FENCE Bids Due June 2, 2020 by 11:00 AM PT INVITATION TO BID NUMBER #190021C001 The Oregon Military Department (OMD) is soliciting sealed Bids for the above named Project, located at Camp Umatilla 78798 Ordinance Road Hermiston OR 97838. Construction cost for bonding purposes is estimated from $195K to $260K dollars for Base Bid and Alternates. There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through held on May 14, 2020 at 10 AM at Camp Rilea. Bids will not be accepted after date and time above. The public bid opening will imme diately follow the closing time at OMD, 775 Airport Road, SE Salem, Oregon. Bidders must be registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The project is subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) requirements. Contractor drug-testing program certification is required.
