Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for replacement of (16) HVAC units at apartment complexes 743 and 744 located in El Portal, California. Reference the Scope of Work within Section C of the Request for Quotation for full requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 (effective January 15, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0010, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 238220 with an associated small business size standard of $16.5 million dollars in average annual receipts. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are three attachments; Attachment 01 (DOL Wage Determination), Attachment 02 (Quote/Pricing Sheet), and Attachment 03 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
