THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT.
Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent on the availability of appropriated funds from end of fiscal year funding. No legal liability on the part of the Government for payment of any money shall arise unless, and until, funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this procurement and award has been made by the Contracting Officer. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
