The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (DMHSAS), through its Purchasing Office at Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) is issuing this solicitation to establish a contract for a prime vendor for patient commissary/canteen for the SRSTC location in Mauston. The contractor will be required to provide the following types of items: personal care, office supplies, stamps, greeting cards, beverages, snacks, candy, etc. on a weekly basis. The contractor must also provide: software and hardware for online order placement, ability to scan patient orders to eliminate data entry and ability to integrate patient balances from Insight to provided software. SRSTC patients, through their accounts held by the facility, purchase approximately $200.000.00 of canteen items annually.
