The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking firm to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and material, and performing all operations necessary for construction of the culvert extension and rock berm located on the river side of the Merriweather Pump Station outlet as specified in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings.

Solicitation Number: W912P9-16-R-0022 is a Request for Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Request for Proposal, (RFP) Solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. This solicitation is unrestricted for with the contract duration for 150 calendar days. NAICS code for the work is 237990. The SBA size standard is $36.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Postal Service are required. Electronic copies are not permitted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 29 June 2016. This solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov/. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package or the IVL list will not be honored. Potential bidders MUST register at www.fedbizopps.gov/, in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
