Additional information regarding USU can be found on our website: www.usuhs.mil.

USU has a requirement for a Capillary-Based Nano-Immunoassay Platform

DESIRED SPECIFICATIONS:
•Instrument enables detection and characterization of proteins from complex samples either by size- or charge-analysis
•Provides critical change heterogeneity (for post-translational modification analysis) and size (molecular weight) information.
•Collects up to 96 data points and can sample eight times from the same 5uL sample.
•Provides true quantitation of results upon completion of an experiment.
•In charged-based separation mode, instrument can detect proteins at the low pictogram level and enables the unique detection of protein isoforms utilizing only nanoliter amounts of tests materials.
•Ability to detect multiple protein isoforms using either total or pan-specific antibodies to the target protein.
•A single cycle simultaneously testing 12 samples at a time on the instrument takes between 3-5 hours and a full 8 cycle experiment which takes between 11-19 hours with fully 8 cycle experiment which takes between 11-19 hours with fully analyzed data is available upon completion of the experiment.

If you are interested in this requirement, please answer the following questions:
