The Walter Reed National Militry Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD. on behalf of the Cardiology Clinic has awarded a sole source procurement to GE Medical System Info. Tech. (URGENT  REQUIREMENT) for Capnoflex ETCO2 Module.  The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirement.  This notice of award is not a request for competitive price quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government.  Award was made using SAP.
