The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 112420, Goat Farming, size standard $750,000 and could result in one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards. The RFP shall be issued using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation number for this requirement is H92239-15-R-0004. USASOC intends to award on a competitive basis. Interested vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award. Information regarding this registration can be found at http://www.sam.gov.  Offerors will be required to complete the Representations and Certifications in SAM in response to this requirement.
