Iowa State University (ISU) is seeking captioning solutions from qualified suppliers who can provide captioning services as specified within this RFP. The intent of the RFP is to award and establish a contract with one qualified provider, however, there is no guarantee an award will be made at all, or that awards will be limited to one provider. *All responses must be submitted in the online bid system (https://iastate.ionwave.net/CurrentSourcingEvents.aspx). This will require creating an account within the bid system. *All questions must be submitted in the online bid system during the question period at the question tab in the bid. *Any other inquiries must be made to the listed procurement agent. *Any awarded supplier must submit payment and tax information in order to receive payment for service provided. This can be completed at https://www.procurement.iastate.edu/forms/supplier/external/supplier-registration and completion of this registration in advance will expediate any resulting award.
