The 319th Contracting Flight at 575 Tuskegee Airman Blvd Bldg 418, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 is requesting quotes for a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Rental Cars. Payment will be made with Government Purchase Card (GPC). The purchase limitation is $2,500.00 per call and the BPA Master Dollar limitation is $25,000.00
