The City of South San Francisco is requesting bids cardiac monitors for use in fire rescue units. 1. SPECIFICATIONS • 10 cardiac monitors • Performs instant and continuous monitoring of at least 4 leads • Performs 12-lead ECG’s on demand • Performs instant and continuous saturation percentage of oxygen (SPO2) monitoring • Performance instant and continuous monitoring of the level of exhaled carbon dioxide (CO2) • Has the ability to deliver synchronized cardioversion and defibrillation • Has the ability to print on scene • Has the ability to transmit data • Primary functional unit is one piece ****ONLY NEW PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED**** 2. ACCESSORIES • Batteries • Charging devices and cords • Data cables • Additional accessories if needed for functionality 3. EVALUATION ****TEST UNIT REQUIRED**** Please provide a unit for field testing. Field testing is expected to be completed no later than September 30th. All costs related to test unit including shipping and parts are the responsibility of the bidder. At the end of the period, test units will be returned to vendors. Unit must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 16, 2022. 4. BID COMPLETENESS VENDORS MUST BE ABLE TO: a) Submit quote through GovSpend. b) AGREE to the contract terms and conditions.
