The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to issue a solicitation for Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Cardiovascular Perfusionist, and Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant coverage of services at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA. This is a competitive procurement for a firm fixed price, personal services type contract. Services are required for a base period of 31 December 2016 through 30 September 2017 with option periods to cover additional years/services not to exceed a total of five years. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 621111. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for NAICS code 621111 is $11M. The solicitation will be available by electronic means only. No hard copies will be mailed to offerors.
