The Maintenance Contracting Branch, Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker AFB, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cobham Mission System for the manufacture/supply and installation of parts into MS Oxygen Concentrator Stands and MS Monitor Test stands. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 USC 253(c)(1) (or 10 USC 2304(c) (1)) as implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a) entitled, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Responsive offers must comply with the terms and conditions as incorporated in the attached solicitation including delivery of materials, services, and invoicing requirements. Offeror's response is due No Later Than 12:00 pm on 1 April 2016.
