Scope is NEW 50,000 SF 3-Story Police Station Addition plus extensive Renovation and small infill addition to existing Police Station. Total Project Estimate is $22,000,000. Envoy is the Developer/Contractor under the BOT "Build-Operate-Transfer" project delivery method. Envoy is requesting Proposals per the "DD" plans for the project which won't start until April of 2022. Not all final bid documents exist but sufficient information is shown on the plans. Envoy plans to select "Partner" Contractors who Envoy will commit to based on pricing and availability so than we can early order materials. There will NOT be a rebid when plans are 100% complete. We will work with selected partners during Design to control costs during the remainder of the Design Phase culminating in a GMP for Envoy to submit to the Owner. Only Contractors submitting quotations at this phase will be considered. Combination Quotations of multiple Bid Packages is encouraged. Project is Sales Tax Exempt. No Wage Scale.
