The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to Flexcon Container, 200 Connell Drive, Berkley Heights, NJ  07922 for carousel totes (details shown below) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.  Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov ) at time award is issued.   This "Notice of Intent" is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals.  A determination by the Government to compete this solicitation will be based upon responses to this notice at the sole discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
