The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Benning, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to replace existing carpet in an occupied workplace at the office of a government property at the Maneuver Battle Lab (MBL). The U.S. Government is seeking vendors that is able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement.
