You are required to ship the items within 30 (thirty) days after the award of the Purchase Order in one shipment NOT splitting the order into several shipments.

You are encouraged to make your quotations competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter;

Invoice Payment: Payment will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR32.9 "Prompt Payment" within 30 calendar days after receiving of the proper invoice(s).

The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price;

The U.S. Embassy Baku can cancel this RFQ or any part of it;

The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
