The contractor must ship the items within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the signed Purchase Order in one shipment NOT splitting the order into several shipments.
You are encouraged to make your quotations competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter;
The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price;
The U.S. Embassy Baku can cancel this RFQ or any part of it;
The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
