The existing Carrollton City Hall located at 315 Bradley Street in Carrollton, Georgia will undergo an exterior renovation and addition. The renovation portion consists of removing the existing storefront window systems on 3 sides of the building and replacing them with steel lintels, new storefront aluminum glazing and metal panels. The existing vertical stucco portions of the building will also receive new storefront aluminum glazing in place of the existing and the entire stucco wall system will receive new metal panel cladding on top. The addition portion of the project consists of a ground level addition of +/- 1,000 SF complete with green roof deck system accessible from 2nd level. This addition will be constructed of steel structure, new aluminum storefront glazing system and a stone veneer rain screen system. The ground level structural steel is designed to accommodate a 2nd and 3rd level addition in the future but will not be a part of this scope of work. The 2nd level roof deck is a sloped membrane layer roof with modular decking and planting. The existing site will receive additional storm drainage & new hardscape.
