3. Agency and the contracting activity. The agency is the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA), Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS). Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Marketing and Regulatory Programs (MRPBS) Administrative Services Division (ASD) intend to buy the following Carter-Day brand equipment and accessories.
