This notice is to announce that this NSN is being solicited. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice. The solicitation number is SPM7LX-13-X13-0071 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/.  An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with one base year and one option year is anticipated. Estimated annual demand quantity (ADQ) is 1334 each.  The ADQ represents an estimate only and not a guaranteed amount. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of two years. Solicitation will be issued as "unrestricted" and as "Other than full and open".  The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6160-01-529-6370, nomenclature, is a Case, Battery Assembly. The approved sources and part numbers are:   PTA Corp      (5XHX5)       P/N  81395-8401459-1 REV D BAE Systems (81395)        P/N 8401459-1     Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States. .
