The City of Richmond Community Development Department’s Housing Division is seeking qualified consultants (“Prospective Vendors”) to provide Case Management and Client Care Liaison Services to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness to retain housing and connect to services to ensure wellness and wellbeing. The selected Consultant(s) will provide services to individuals and families participating in the City Encampment Resolution Funding Projects (ERF-R-1 and ERF-R-2).
