The proposed contract action is to provide Remedial Action (RA) Oversight and technical support for the Casmalia Resources site under the EPA Region 9 Superfund Program.. The performance will consist of Monthly Status Update Reports (MSR), Technical Oversight Support, and Field Oversight Support. The period of performance will be 18 months with and Option to Request additional Monthly Reports. USACE intends to solicit a Task/Delivery Orfder from GSA (FSS) GS-00F-0025M under the authority of FAR Part 13  Simplified Acquisition Procedures.and Far Part 8 8.004 Use of Other Sources.

This notice of intent is Not a request for quotes; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis may be considered by the Government. Interested suppliers shall respond to this notice by providing the following information.

5. Capabilities information/statement showing that the organization has the ability and jurisdiction to fulfill the Government requirement.
