The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires 21 Cathelco anodes.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) Solicitation number NMAN2120-21-01096 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05.

(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 500 Employees.

(v) Line items are as follows:

CLIN 1:  Eighteen (18) each Cathelco anodes reference number TZX27

CLIN 2:  Two (2) each Cathelco anodes reference number TZX29

CLIN 3:  One (1) Cathelco 120 Dia anode mounting (flanged sleeve)

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:  The vendor is to provide the brand name required items per the attached statement of need.  Offers for other than Cathelco anodes will not be considered.

(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
