The 52nd Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest in a firm-fixed price type contract for a Catholic Pastoral Administrator to administer Catholic religious sacraments and coordinate a Catholic religious education program for Holy Family Parish at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The anticipated period of performance, assuming a contract will be issued, is on/about 01 Septermber 2017 for one year with four (4) one-year option periods.

We are seeking information on capabilities and qualifications for Catholic clergy to perform services as outlined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. Information shall encompass the following (please limit submission to 10 pages or less):
