This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the Catholic Services (Priest) acquisition.  The 23d Contracting Squadron/PKB1 plans to establish a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract with a performance period of five (5) years. 

The contractor shall be responsible for the completion of all services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  See Attachment 1 – PWS (Draft).  The contractor shall plan, organize, and coordinate all activities for the Catholic community with input from the Catholic Parish Advisory Council (CPAC).  The contractor’s areas of responsibility include presiding at all required Catholic liturgical, worship and religious rites and activities.  The contractor is also responsible for the overall development, coordination, and management of any other Catholic- related programs, budget and publicity approved by the 23d WG/HC and in accordance with the Moody Chapel Ministry Plan.  Performance is to begin on 13 Oct 2024 with a twelve (12) months base and four (4) one (1) year options.
