This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Market Survey. The United States Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Facilities Branch is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Catholic Priest Services contract in support of Aberdeen Proving Ground military religious and worship activities. NOT RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE DOES NOT PRECLUDE PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) OR INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) OR RFP, IF ANY ISSUED. Required Capabilities: The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support a contract for Catholic Priest Services in support of Aberdeen Proving Ground military religious and worship activities. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can:
ELIGIBILITY: Services provided shall be conducted in accordance with Army Regulation 165-1 Army Chaplain Corps Activities. All services under this contract are to be performed by an ordained Priest of the Catholic Church who is endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS), with faculties accepted or granted by the AMS Archbishop and in cooperation with the Government Catholic Priest or Government Point of Contact (POC). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations with a Small Business Size Standard of $11.5M. The Product Service Code is G002, Social Chaplain. While the primary purpose is to identify available self-proprietors, all eligible Catholic Priests are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement.
