This notice is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase
Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2610-01-575-1377, in accordance
with the Cooperative Tire Qualification Program (CTQP) Cooperative Approved
Tire List (CATL) 1922. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The
term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be the award effective
date until Oct 13, 2014, or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met.
Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and
Acceptance information will be listed in the RFQ. Unit of issue is each. All
responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the
agency. Solicitation opens 6/11/14 with close of 6/25/14 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time.
ADQ is 265 and ADF is 50. Required delivery is 42 days.

DELIVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.THIS PROHIBITION
SUPERSEDES ALL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BUT
DOES NOT ALLEVIATE ANY PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS.
SUBSTITUTE CHEMICALS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR
APPROVAL UNLESS THEY ARE AUTHORIZED BY THE
SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
