Request for Proposal – Catoosa County Courthouse HVAC Rebid Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking contractors to submit Proposals on the following project. The project consists of furnishing materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services required for providing and installing New HVAC for Catoosa County Courthouse as described in Scope of Work Section of the RFP Document. Proposal Documents are available on Catoosa County Website at: www.catoosa.com/RFP. Pre-Proposal Meeting on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 9:00 AM. at the Catoosa County Courthouse located at 875 Lafayette St #205 Ringgold, GA 30736. All written questions or concerns regarding the RFP must be made via email only. The Deadline for questions is Thursday, August 26, 2021 by NOON. Send to: [email protected]. No contact is to be made with any other employee of Catoosa County. Such contact may result in disqualification from the proposal process. THREE (3) copies of your Proposal must be sealed and delivered in person, by mail or overnight delivery service to the office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736 not later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, September 3, 2021. Proposals received after said time will not be accepted. The envelope shall state “PROPOSAL – Courthouse HVAC Rebid” to prevent accidental opening. Proposals shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project and the Respondent's name and address. Responder must have minimum Worker’s Comp and General Liability Insurance in full force and effect. No Proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Respondent holds any and all necessary or required Federal, State or local licenses and/or permits. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities, or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary.
