Request for Proposal – Catoosa County Courthouse HVAC Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking contractors to submit Proposals on the following project. The project consists of furnishing materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services required for providing and installing an Windows on the Catoosa County Courthouse as described in Scope of Work Section of the RFP Document. Proposal Documents will be available on the County Website Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at: www.catoosa.com/bids. MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 9:00 AM. at the Catoosa County Courthouse located at 875 Lafayette St #205 Ringgold, GA 30736. All written questions or concerns regarding the RFP must be made via email only. The Deadline for questions is Thursday, July 22, 2021 by NOON. Send to: [email protected]. No contact is to be made with any other employee of Catoosa County. Such contact may result in disqualification from the proposal process. THREE (3) copies of your Proposal must be sealed and delivered in person, by mail or overnight delivery service to the office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736 not later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, July 30, 2021. Proposals received after said time will not be accepted. The envelope shall state “PROPOSAL – Courthouse HVAC” to prevent accidental opening. Proposals shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project and the Respondent's name and address. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities, or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary. The contract between Catoosa County and the selected responder shall be subject to the payment agreement drawn up between Catoosa County and the selected responder.
