Bid – Maintenance USED Wheel Loader The Catoosa County Board of Commissioners hereby solicits and requests sealed Bid for the purchase of one (1) CATERPILLAR 926 M Wheel Loader to be used by the Catoosa County Maintenance Department. The Machine shall be used equipped with accessories as described in bid documents. The Specifications is intended to establish a level of quality, function and reliability. Machine should be delivered complete and ready to operate. Written inquiries concerning the vehicle should be made to the Catoosa County Projects Administrator at [email protected]. Bid Documents are available on the County Website at: www.catoosa.com/bids. The Proposal for this project must be sealed and delivered in person or by mail to the office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736, Attention: Ethan Ramos, Projects Administrator, not later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022. The envelope shall state “SEALED BID – CCMT USED WHEEEL LOADER” to prevent accidental opening. Any Proposal received after this time will not be considered. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Catoosa County Government Building, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, Georgia. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids. Award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that has met the requirements of this proposal’s criteria.
