The Catoosa County Board of Commissioners hereby solicits and requests sealed Bid for the purchase of one (1) Ford F150 pickup truck to be used by the Catoosa County Planning and Inspections. The truck shall be new and unused, 2021 or current year model Ford equipped with specified emergency vehicle equipment and accessories as described in bid documents. The use of a brand name does not indicate a preference for that brand. It is intended to establish a level of quality, function and reliability. Vehicle should be delivered complete and ready to operate. The equipped vehicle shall comply with above specifications and meet and/or exceed all Federal Department of transportation (DOT) requirements and the latest Underwriters laboratory (UL) requirements. The Proposal for this project must be sealed and delivered in person or by mail to the office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736, Attention: Ethan Ramos, Projects Administrator, not later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, Sept 17, 2021. The envelope shall state “SEALED BID – CCZON VEHICLE” to prevent accidental opening. Any Proposal received after this time will not be considered. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Catoosa County Government Building, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, Georgia. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids. Award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that has met the requirements of this proposal’s criteria.
