This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 1232SDRFQ19JC06 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The USDA, ARS, Grazinglands Research Lab in El Reno, OK has a requirement for Cattle Rations to be delivered during scheduled weeks. Please see the attached specifications for full details of the requirement.

The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
