The Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division (CCSD) has a requirement of modular furniture installation and reconfiguration for Room 168 of Building 2028 located at 230 Hall Blvd, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland AFB, TX 78243. General work of this requirement will include primarily the supply, delivery, assembly and installation of all furniture and furnishings, as well as the removal of old furniture and fixtures. The project shall focus on the installation of floor-to-ceiling – architectural walls to construct two (2) private office spaces; disassemble, reassemble, and reconfigure seven (7) existing modular workstations to include a secretary modular workstation, and disassemble and dispose eight (8) existing modular workstations.

1. The purpose of this Amendment is to: provide Question and Answer spreadsheet, provide an updated SOW, and extend the quote due date.

• Provide Q&A Spreadsheet to show government answers to vendors questions.
• Updated SOW to incorporate government answers into SOW (see red verbiage in SOW)
• Delete previous quote due date of 1 June 2021, 4:00pm CST (amendment 0001) and update to extend quote due date to 10 June 2021 4:00pm CST.
   

2. A signed copy of this amendment 0002; previous submitted amendment 0001, dtd 24 May 21, and the original RFQ, posted 22 Apr 21, shall be submitted with your quotes.

3.  Aside from amended information in paragraph one (1) above, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
