THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION INTENDS TO ENTER INTO A SOLE SOURCE AWARD WITH THE COLVILLE CONFEDERATED TRIBES, NESPELEM, WA, FOR THE CURATION OF ARTIFACTS FOUND ON THE COLVILLE RESERVATION. THE INTENT IS FOR A FIRM-FIXED PRICE, BASE AND FOUR OPTION YEARS CONTRACT. THE NAICS CODE IS 921150 - THERE IS NO ESTABLISHED SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD. ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: BASE YEAR: 9/1/2020 - 8/31/2021 OPTION YEAR 1: 9/1/2021 - 8/31/2022 OPTION YEAR 2: 9/1/2022 - 8/31/2023 OPTION YEAR 3: 9/1/2023 - 8/31/2024 OPTION YEAR 4: 9/1/2024 - 8/31/2025 The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (Refer to FAR 6.302 for a list of exceptions).
