Project Description: City of Kingsland is soliciting sealed competitive proposals from certified and qualified General Contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other appurtenances as specified to rehabilitate existing sewer pipes using cured in place pipe (CIPP), spray lining of manholes, and performing upgrades to lift stations in Kingsland, Georgia. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (section 3)
