The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications referenced in Section J.

C.2 Project Description
(a) Description of Work - Access to the project area from Saratoga WY, is via WY 130 to NFSR 100. NFSR 100 intersects FSR 261 5 miles north of the WY 130 intersection. Work includes performance of stewardship activities for a roadside hazard tree treatment within the boundaries of this project as defined on the "Cedar 261 Stewardship Contract Area Map" located in Appendix F. Timber Sale units are situated along both sides of FSR 261 for 22 miles. Treatment requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Lodgepole pine, spruce-fir, and other conifers, roadside hazard tree cutting, non-sawtimber tree cutting, removal, or fall, limb, buck and leave and associated work. (see Appendix A)
• Forest product removal and related work (see Appendix B)
• Road Maintenance T-Specifications (see Appendix C)

(b) Resulting Contract - Any resultant contract will be a commercial services contract with requirements for timber removal.

(c) Project Location - This project is located on the Medicine Bow National Forest. The project area is located within : T17N, R81W, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 18, 19, 20, 28, 29, 33 and 34; T17N, R82W, Sections 12 and 13; T18N, R80W Section 19, 20, 21, 29 and 30; T18N, R81W, Sections 24, 25 and 36. 6th PM, Carbon County, Wyoming.
