The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to upgrade the parking lot, existing site lighting and fencing. The Cedarwood Site Improvements project will include the removal and replacement of selected walkways, extruded curb, and speed bumps; providing parking lot asphalt overlay; removal and disposal of (8) existing trees; adding new asphalt and upgrading existing site lighting fixtures and poles.
