This solicitation is for a multiple year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDP) for the acquisition of the following: 6650-00-139-5450 (Cell, Object) not to exceed 60 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. The solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 10/10/13; however DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.**Quotes must be submitted on the hard copy of the RFQ and  either faxed to the attention of Cassandra Martin at 614-693-16039 or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. 

An alternate source must submit data and be approved by cognizant Government engineering activity. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB destination basis. The proposed procurement contract has an option to extend the contract period for one or more times at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a full and open procurement after exclusion of sources.
