The Drug Enforecement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cellebrite USA, Inc. The requirement includes two Cellebrite UFED Touch Rugged Ultimate kits to incluce first year logical and physical software updates, live tech support, and new cables.  Cellebrite USA, Inc. is the only responsible provider and developer of the UFED Forensic System.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334220.  The business size standard is 750 employees.  This Special Notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers.  Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(iii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.  In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after award, DEA will make publicly available the Limited Sources Documentation.
