Marine Corps Installations – National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a commercial requirement for Brand Name specific Cello music instruments, from a certified small business. In accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, the MCI-NCR Regional Contracting Office is issuing a commercial solicitation for the acquisition of such supply.
