The U.S. Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide cellphone services to the Mission. This will be an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement.
The scope of this contract is to subscribe the following service: 225 Voice/SMS and 225 3G/4G Voice/SMS. The period of performance for this contract will be one base year plus one option year.
Request for proposals (RFP) will be available for viewing and downloading on or about October 14, 2018. Proposal due date will be 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
