The U.S. Embassy Kampala, Uganda has a requirement for cellphone services. The U.S. Government intends to award 2 contracts as a result of this solicitation. One contract will be for a primary service provider and the second (2nd) for the secondary service provider which represents best value using comparative evaluation authorized under FAR 13.106-2(b) (3).The anticipated performance is for a one-year base period and four (4) one-year periods at the option of the Government.
